摘要：
阐述企业文化的基本特征,分析现阶段企业文化建设的现状,提出企业文化建设应注意的问题。以铁道部经济规划研究院企业文化建设为实例,论述企业文化的实质内容和企业文化对企业发展的影响。
Abstract：The article states the characteristics of enterprise culture,analyzes the current situation of construction of enterprise culture at the present stage and puts forward problems to be taken care during the construction of enterprise culture.Taking the construction of enterprise culture at The Economic and Planning Research Institute of MOR as an example,the article discourses on the contents of enterprise culture and the influence of enterprise culture on enterprise development.
